Is there a limitation in the quantity of a product I buy?

We want to service all our clients in a professional and timely manner.  For this reason, our warehouse’s stock is continuously synchronized with our online shop. You can choose as many pieces our electronic page allows you to and have them whenever and wherever you desire.  However, if you need more quantities than you are allowed to, you can contact us via e-mail at support@frescomarket.com.cy or through our call center at 77774050. Our sales’ advisor will be happy to help you and offer you the best possible solution.

Is there a minimum amount of order?

The minimum amount of order is €25.00 with a charge of €3.50 on the order. With purchases of €40.00 or more the order comes free of delivery charge on the requested address.

What is the favorite (wishlist) product symbol?

The wishlist product symbol is the symbol with which you can create your own list with your own unique products.  You can send your product to the Wishlist by clicking on the heart symbol found on the side of each product and it will automatically be added to your Favorites.  The purpose of this application is to gain time on your next orders.  The selected products are added to your account and you can find them and include them in your order on every new visit.    

How do I complete my order?

After the selection of the products there are two simple steps for the completion of the order.  You go to the choice “my cart” (it can be found on the top right part of the page), there you can find the products you have preselected.  On the choice “my cart” under the products, you will find the choice “checkout”.  With a simple click, you will be transferred to the last page before the completion of your order.  You are then asked to fill in all the required personal information and the payment method and the you chose “completion of order”.

How can I make changes in my existing order?

If your order has been completed you cannot make changes through your account and you will have to contact us through email at support@frescomarket.com.cy or through our call center 77774050.  However if you haven’t completed your order you can go to your purchases’ basket and do the changes you wish.

How can I find a product?

There are two ways to find a product:

  1. At the top right side of the page you can find the Search box.  On the space provided write the code or the name of the product you are looking for.
  2. On the upper side of the page you can find the Menu.  Click the menu and the product categories will appear. Then you can choose the category your product belongs, and all the products of the particular category will appear on you screen. See all the products and find what you are looking for.

How do I choose a product and where does it go after I select it?

The products you choose go directly to your basket.  You can choose a product and send it to your cart by clicking on the icon Add to Cart.  If you wish to see your basket click on “my cart” and the products you have selected are there.

What are the stages for submitting my order?

There are three steps for submitting your order:

  • Choose the products you want
  • Then go to your cart and click on the indication “checkout”
  • Finally, on the checkout page, fill in your personal information, choose the method of payment and when all three steps are completed you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery order and the order code.

I want to view the products I have chosen!

On your cart found on the top right side of your menu, you can view the preselected products and next to each product you can find the quantity you have chosen.  You have the ability to add or remove a product by selecting the choices of addition or removal accordingly.

Is it possible to submit an order and receive it on a future date?

This is possible.  When you submit your order, simply select your desired date and time.  If there is a problem, we will contact you on the telephone number you have specified.

Can I suggest a product that does not exist on our online shop?

We are trying to offer you the best possible and we would like to help you as better as we can.  If you are looking for  a specific product and you couldn’t find it on our online shop contact us through email at support@frescomarket.com.cy with the indication “product suggestion” and our sales’ advisor will contact you the soonest possible!

If I order large quantities will there be a different price?

If you need large quantities of a product or products you will have to contact as through email at support@frescomarket.com.cy with the indication “wholesale” in order for our sales’ advisor to inform you for any aspects regarding invoicing, delivery and wholesale assistance issues.

How can I contact Frescomarket?

You can contact us through our email at info@frescomarket.com.cy for general inquiries. For orders you have submitted or you will submit you can contact us at support@frescomarket.com.cy. You can also contact us through our call center at 77774050.

How can I know when I will receive my order?

With the completion of your order you have already chosen the time and date of the delivery of your order.  On the designated date of the delivery and 10 minutes before the delivery you will receive an SMS or a phone call with the notification that our driver approaches the deliver spot.  If, for any reason, you wish a change of time, date or delivery address, please contact us the soonest possible at our call center 77774050.

What are the delivery costs?

With total purchases above €40.00 your order is delivered without any delivery charges.  If your order is below that amount there will be a charge of €3.50 with a minimum order amount of €25.00.

Which packing method is used?

After your order is completed, it is transferred to a specially formed place checked by the health and safety ISO 22000 system.  After inspection the products are placed on eco-friendly shopping bags in order to be transferred on specially formed fresco boxes which were created for the appropriate and safe transport of your products.

Who can receive my order?

Frescomarket.com.cy deliver at the place you have predefined to people above 18 years old, at the entrance of your house after showing the delivery order you have received on your e-mail.

Which means of product transfer is used?

After the products are packed on fresco boxes, they are transferred to the Fresco Van which is separated in three storage units.  Freezer (-18ο C), fridge (+2ο C) and ambient temperature that does not exceed 28ο C.

Which areas are covered by frescomarket.com.cy?

For the time being we only serve areas in Limassol.  You can easily and quickly check if we deliver at your area by writing your postal code on the box “Delivery info” which is found on the top left side of our main page..

What are the delivery days and times?

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.  The delivery times are from 8:00 o’clock in the morning until 20:00 in the evening..

Can you guarantee the quality of your services?

All our products are covered the ISO 22000 quality assurance. In case any of our products does not respond to your expectations or you received something else from what you have expected we will replace the defective product the soonest possible without any charge or refund your money.  Our aim is to offer you the best possible service.  We are always by your side to offer you the best!

Up to which point are the products delivered?

Our policy is to deliver the products from door to door at the address you have requested to a person above 18.

How can I leave a message after I receive my order?

If you wish to contact us after the completion of your order, you can do these with two ways: E-mail at support@frescomarket.com.cy or via phone at 77774050 and our call center.  We will be glad to hear from you.

What happens in case I cannot use my coupons?

In the case where a coupon we have sent cannot be redeemed contact us at our call center 77774050.   We will be glad to help you from 8:00 until 20:00.

What can I do in case I receive a defective product?

If, for any reason, you receive a defective product or the product you received is not what you expected, you can contact us through our email support@frescomarket.com.cy or through phone 77774050.  All our products are covered by the ISO 22000 certification.  However, in case any of our products does not respond to your expectations or you received something else from what you have expected we will replace the defective product the soonest possible without any charge or refund your money.  Our aim is to offer you the best possible service.  We are always by your side to offer you the best!

In case a paid product is missing from my order, what can I do?

If you haven’t received a product you have already paid for you can contact us through e-mail at support@frescomarket.com.cy with the indication “Incomplete order” or through phone at 77774050 mentioning your order code and the product missing from your order and we will do our best to help you!

How can I find your offers?

On the main page of fresco you can find all the products on offer.  With the tag “Special Offers” our banner with the offers of the particular period of time is easy to spot. Also, in each product there where the price is recorded, you can view the new price offered.

What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are outlined on the checkout’s final page:

  1. During the delivery time you can pay with cash or credit/debit card. The driver has got a credit card machine and no previous notification is required from your part for the particular method. You only need to ask it at that time.
  2. Through debit/credit card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro through our page or through JCC Smart.

I would like to send an order to another person. What shall I do?

The procedure you will follow is the same with the one you followed in order to submit your own order. The only thing you need to do is to add the new address you want the order to be send at the address box, the name of the recipient and a contact phone before you complete your order.

I face a problem while I try to complete my order.
