If you face a problem during the process of completing your order, contact us at 7777 4050. You will talk with a representative from our call center in order to find a solution to the problem presented and help you as soon as possible.

The payment methods are outlined on the checkout’s final page:

  1. During the delivery time, you can pay with cash or a credit/debit card. The driver has got a credit card machine and no previous notification is required on your part for the particular method. You only need to ask it at that time.
  2. Through debit/credit card Visa, MasterCard, Maestro through our page or through JCC Smart.

You can find all our offers using the main navigation tab “On Sale”. Also while you surf the website you can easily spot products on sale showing an extra price (the reduced “offer” price).

Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

The minimum amount of order is €25.00 with a charge of €3.50 on the order. With purchases of €40.00 or more, the order comes free of delivery charge at the requested address.
