Preparation:
Open the package and cook the contents without thawing it
Pan:
Heat the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on low heat
Fryer:
At 165 C for 3-4 minutes
Oven:
In a preheated oven at 210 for 10 minutes
The microwave is not recommended.
