How to make the perfect Cypriot Coffee

Put water (70ml) in the kettle and add a full teaspoon (7g).

We add sugar to our liking. Put the kettle on medium heat and stir slowly in a clockwise direction until the coffee dissolves. Then do not stir the coffee again.

Once the coffee starts to swell, remove it from the heat and beat the kettle 2-3 times lightly on the counter. Return it to the heat and repeat the process two more times. When the coffee starts to swell the third time, take it off the heat and serve.

Freshly ground Cyprus coffee packaged  in a protective atmosphere that preserves its aroma and flavour. After opening, retain the coffee in its original package and place it in an airtight container away from strong odours.
