Moving Mountains Plant Based No-Meat Balls 204g
Water, oyster mushroom, vegetable protein (6.6% soy protein concentrate, 1.7% soy protein isolate, 1.3% pea protein isolated), rice, 2.6% wheat gluten, 2.6% wheat starch, vegetable oils (coconut, sunflower), natural flavour, oat fibre, thickener (methylcellulose, sodium alginate), beetroot red, sea salt, dextrose, vinegar, lemon juice, preservative (lactic acid), barley malt extract, acid (ascorbic acid), vitamin B12.
- Add oil to a frying pan.
- Fry meatballs on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned.
- Preheat oven to 200 ℃/ Fan 180 ℃/ Gas Mark 6.
- Place Meatballs onto a baking tray. Bake in oven for 20mins.
